Can I just tell you a story about my day?
Well first lets go back a bit... so I live with two of my younger brothers. A couple of days ago we ran out of eggs, bread and yogurt - three of our staple foods. Yesterday morning Craig went to Save-On-Foods and got only MILK just so he could make his pancakes. And of course, I gave him heck for not picking up the other items while he was there.
And now today. I get up early and study for 5 hours before my midterm (which was out of control by the way....Each of the 7 questions was a page long of just READING, was strictly problem solving and was worth 9 marks...about Herpesviruses such as Human Simplex Virus and Epstein-Barr Virus (which is what causes 'Mono' by the way)....except the ones on the test were actually hypothetical viruses, not the real ones. Let's just say it wasn't what I expected and the whole class took an extra 30 minutes to write it). Then I go to my next class, where my prof mostly just shows us You-tube videos about rats and pigeons in Skinner boxes. When those long 80 minutes are finally up I walk to the LRT station on campus. And when I hear the "Next train, Claireview" message on the intercom, I am one of several who start running for the stairs. When I get home, I drop off my bag, grab my purse and head to my car to take care of some errands - including a stop at Safeway.
But that's not actually the story.
When I get home, my brothers are there...and I discover that I am not the only one who stopped at the grocery store. We ALL did - and we all picked up those items that the fridge was missing.
So now we have 72 eggs...
(Brent and I opted for whole wheat-two loaves each and Craig went for the "faux-whole wheat"...he always complains about our bread choices)
...and 5 liters of

LOL! LOL! (Troy was sitting in the same room and thought I was crazy) I guess I won't be bringing you the eggs, bread and yogurt I bought you. Would you like the milk I bought for you . . . chocolate and 1%?
HAHAHA!!
that is So funny!!
Better than the miscommunication our parents had... (Your mom, my dad, and sisters)
when the Truck got stolen. Everyone just assumed that someone else had it!
At least you saved yourself a trip (Or 3) to the store!!
:)
love it.
Too funny...
Strawberry yogurt...is there any kind? That's the only kind we buy too.
Pretty impressed with the food choices...and shopping skills.
Hey, you guys have your 3 months supply now!!
This happened to Mark and I on a much larger scale when we both did a major Costco shop on the same day. We missed each other at the the store by about 10 minutes and both bought about 400.00 worth of the same groceries! We literally had to give some of the fresh stuff away cause it wouldn't all fit into the two fridges and two freezers that we own! I don't ask him to grocery shop for me very often!!
BAHAHAHA!!!
I'm still laughing!!
I had to show all my roomates this!! They got a good laugh out of it too!
Not gonna lie my mom and dad do this ALL the time!
But it's just funnier since its ALL 3 of you!
Haha I love this!
At least it's all healthy stuff,
and at least you know that your brothers ACTUALLY listen to you, thats kind of special.
Ha Ha Ha--Funny! At least you won't go hungry for awhile. Think of all the people who would love to be able to buy all that food in one day.Nice to know you do look after each other.
I have an idea-- Have a party and serve a healthy lunch!
Sounds like you are well supplied too Sharon!
Yes, that's FUNNY!
You just can't make up stuff like that!
